1. Agreement
By using 1weld.org or the 1weld software (“the Service”), operated by PGS Scheben, Inc. (“we”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What this is
1weld drafts weld-radiograph findings and reports. A human inspector remains responsible for the signed record. The Service does not replace Level II/III judgement, radiation safety, or your licence to possess a source.
3. Early access
First shops run under a quote. Features, meters, and codes named on the site may be incomplete. We will say so in writing before we bill a seam.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful work, to inspect without the required radiation or NDT credentials, or to present a 1weld draft as a signed inspection record.
5. Data
On-prem deployments keep radiographs on your infrastructure. If you send us sample films for a walkthrough, we use them only to run that walkthrough unless you agree otherwise.
6. Liability
The Service is a draft aid. You are responsible for the inspection you sign. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for consequential damages from a missed or over-called indication.
